I got up at 5 a.m. to go to work and when I got there I was waiting to see who we were going to set appointments for because the 2 we agents we usually set for are going to be off tomorrow and we have one more in another state but we just started doing something different and we can always set for Friday and Monday, well being that the 2 main ones were blocked for tomorrow and the two can only take so many appointments in the day I was told that he wanted to work on the Friday appointments but we could not and said anyone that wanted to go home could, so the old man which I found out he is really greedy stayed and some new gut that I was told that if he did not get any appointments this week he would be gone, so they all stayed and I came home, but why me? I just have a feeling I was lied to by my supervisor who I consider a friend as well, I always get appointments all day long so does the old man but I was told my boss is tired of him and his attitude. He told her that if he would not have been there me and her would have gotten paid for the day, well that is what she told me, and then she said I can not afford to take off but I think that is a lie because she is taking off all next week to get married and buying a lot of things, and she did it last year too just took her own vacation because we don't get one and no paid Holiday's. Let me try to explain I am hearing so many different things like before I started there that they all came to work and the door was shut, and only a few got paid the rest of them were owed like$500.00 and never got it and then on the other side there is really not much to do there but we are expected to get our numbers but we have limited areas and times makes it hard! On the other side I have heard O this is going to work and we are going to grow because now we only have 3 employees, I have been told so many different things, I think I should start looking and I know that my supervisor already told me "remember last Friday when I said I had to go to my sons school for a meeting and it was at 10;30 a.m. and we leave at 1;30 on Friday and I said no sense in coming back here? I said yea she said the reason I did not come back is because I went to an interview and I am sure they hired her because she told me it was through her family! But why lie to me on Friday about that? Now she always afraid that they are going to call our boss and listens at the door when it is shut. She could have told me, I just feel like she knows something like this business might be closing and not telling us and I think it is wrong because I have always been there for her like on week I bought her lunch all week always covered for her at times when running late or just small things but I really have the feeling she is lying to me like today, I guess I could be wrong but I can usually tell when someone is lying to my face!! What do you think?
