I had tarot cards once and the instructions said to put them under my pillow so the cards would get to know me. I had the WORST nightmares so I threw them away.

That happened to me when I bought a real dream catcher. I think it attracted nasty things which got through - like a spider's web being torn apart by a particularly large bug. My home was haunted by something nasty and one day it kind of "blew" past me up the stairs. The dream catcher hanging there was wrecked - but it had been pristine the last time I saw it ...

I am a beleiver and practitioner of Witchcraft and have been pretty much all my life, and I think you're talking rubbish.
yes, it does have power, but it's not infallible. there are things that can't be changed, and no amount of Magic or wishing, or prayer, or whatever you beleive in, can change it.
you can get the best doctor in the world, and they won't be able to heal all illnesses, and likewise even the most skilled Witch will not always succeed.
it can give us a sense of balance, and help alleviate feelings of helplessness, because at least we have ways to try and make things different, but we must always accept that there are some things we can't change.
and it's not about mind control.

How can you be a practioner? i have the talisman of the wiccan ring passed thru me by my grandmother, you want proof that i have the JADE PENTAGRAM ring the oldest of all relic?
If your a practitioner, then you better know who i am. Besides I am one of the popular wiccan here in ASIA. I have the oldest book of wiccan bible too. Anyhow, i dont need to prove my self to you, cause i can see that YOU CANNOT EVEN CONTROL ELEMENTS.
TO ALL READERS: A practitioner will always be a practitioner, IT NEEDS a strong blood that runs from CENTURY.

I'm not Wiccan.
Wicca came about in about the 1940s/50s ish, started by Gerald Brosseau Gardner, and came to wider public awareness following the repeal of the Witchcraft act in 1951.
I am at least the fifth generation of my family to practice Witchcraft, so that predates Gardner, and it's beleived to go further. out of respect for the ancestors, we do not claim the term Witch for those family members not in living memory.
but for generations known to call themselves by the name Witch.
Myself.
My Mum. My Auntie. My Uncle.
My Nan
My Great Nan (maternal line)
My Great Nans father and Mother.
these are the family generations we know for a fact practiced Witchcraft and described themselves as such.
Wicca is a modern interpretation of older Pagan religious practices and beliefs, and it incorporates ritual Magic, drawing influence from other modern initiatory ritual magic traditions like the Freemasons and the Golden Dawn.
I don't care who you are one way or the other. I am secure in my family tradition, and don't need to grandstand and try and impress anyone.
and I do know about the history of modern day Pagan traditions, and Wicca can't even begin to claim any long history. it's less than a century old.
adnileb, anyone can become a practitioner, if they work hard at it. some people are naturally more inclined to it than others, but don't let anyone tell you that you need fancy blast mined crystals or a pretense at antiquity, or even a bloodline to do it.
after all, for every family tradition, someone was the first in that family to practice.
don't listen to people like that, because they're just trying to look big and clever. if you look inside yourself, you'll be surprised how much of it is already there.

Hi. jurick2004. Welcome to myLot! I have used some items out of a spiritual catalog before. The items that they have in there was amazing. I used a couple on two guys that I used to go with. And until this day, these same guys still have feelings for me. Yes, they may be married and they have children, but they still long for me. I placed spells on them without them knowing it.

Hello Jurick welcome to Mylott. I believe in God, and as far as, I believe evil exists, too, though. And I rather always be on God´s side. I wouldn´t like never (ever) to try any witch craft. =) Blessings!... Dainy
