As we all know there are lots of cliches or repeated actions that were done by everyone. How about sharing some.

I think people saying they are praying or worried about a disaster for example, or complaning and criticizing about problems, it's the biggest cliche cause most of those who talk about don't volunteer, donate money or do something. I think it's a cliche to talk about being worried and not actually take some action.
