My alertpay account is still unverified.

Friends my alertpay account is still unverified position. four or five months ago i did visa card verification. but till now it is in unverified position. i have about $6 in it. i am unable to get it in to my local bank account. When i try to withdraw i am asked to deposit a amount. really i don't understand the terms even. I have paypal account. I have no problem with paypal account. Please share your alertpay experience with me.

Hi friend I could not remember the procedure because I did mine a long time ago. I just visit the FAQ and they only state that there are 3 ways to verify the account, for which it sounds like you already did one.
Mine was fairly quickly verified and I scoured the entire FAQ and it does not say any further information. My suggestion is that they 3 methods of communication and I find that AlertPay Customer service can assist you with this.

I was still fiddling with Alertpay and wondered did you get the micro mini deposits to your credit card statement and include them to your account. That verifies it is you. If you did then the suggestion again is to contact them via email or phone.

Yes I did it. I get monthly statement from my visa card. I waited till the begining of the month to get my monthly statement and typed the number which was in my statement. I think I did correctly. If it is wrong they could have told me thai is wrong. Now it is in completed position.
Now I sent them a support ticket as you told.

When I start to verified my alertpay account , I had also some problems. They send my a transactioncode in my bank and when I tryed to put in my alertpay acoount this was not running.
I made a printcreen from the bakingpage and I sent an email to alertpay support.
After 1 day all was good.
Try do to this.
