Earth Hour started in 2007 in Sydney where more than 2.2 million people and 2000 business turned their lights off for an hour to take stand against climate change.
A year later, more than 50 million people across 35 nations participated in Earth Hour.
Now there are more than 100 millions of people across 88 countries participating.
Earth Hour 2011 will take place on 26th of March, 2011 at 8.30pm(local time).
Switch you lights off for an hour and when the lights go back on, think about what else you can do to make a difference.
