cyber scammers... why won't they stop?!

i guess this discussion suits more this interest than the internet. recently, a local news network here in the philippines tackles some cyber criminals that takes advantage of the tragedy in Japan that has clearly been affecting numerous countries outside its territory. it states that these scammers have created several websites that claims either they're members of world renowned organizations that provide charitable funds for people such as those struck by the earthquake in Japan. they are like corrupt government officials that take away money that are supposedly brought to those in need. such losers should have just vanished in the face of the earth. i'm not being the overacting concerned citizen who have fellow filipinos struggling in Japan because the Phil. gov't has no allotted funds for the, but what the heck?
