Yesterday was an awful day. It was a day whereby I didn't sleep at all because of a meeting I need to attend the next day.
You may wonder why I cannot sleep. Worries? Work? Results!!? Yes, all of it.
The meeting didn't ended well too. I wasn't able to voice out my opinions.
Also, it was not held at a suitable place. Can you believe having a meeting at McDonald with lots of crowds queuing and loud musics?
My lack of sleep adds up to the discomfort.
I guess it is not easy to please everyone.
Sometimes, when I wanted to point this out, some people will think you're being sensitive....etc (And i think this is absurd).

I sometimes have my meeting at McDonald's too. It may be noisy but when you start the discussion, it's just like nobody is around you cause you will be too busy to notice the people around you. I guess many people seem to like meeting up at McD for discussions, even students spend their time there doing their revision. Yea, maybe your lack of sleep made you uncomfortable at that time. But don't worry too much. It will pass, I'm sure.

hi there,
The lack of sleep is one thing, another thing is the people who were in the meeting.

...funny you mentioned sleep deprivation... only last week , one of my friends got himself admitted into the hospital after he was found unconscious at the office... doctors said long periods of sleep deprivations has effected some chemical imbalances in his body. He has been warned never again to skip hours off sleeping..

Sometimes when there's some event going on, I will have hard time to sleep.
Really dont know why...too excited maybe...could be the tensions too.
