do not keep your treasures in earth, rather keep them in heaven

When I woke up today, I thought of the bank that has been closed and the depositors who dont know what to do to get their money back. All of a sudden, I remembered a verse in the Bible that says not to keep treasures on earth, where rust and dust and thieves can take them, instead keep them in heaven. However I do not remember the exact verse on where I can find it in the Bible. Also I do believe in this verse since we cannot take to heaven these material things. What is you opinion on this too and what are you saving in heaven?

Matthew 6 : 19-21. "Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where the thieves dig through and steal. But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where no moth or rust destroys and where thieves do not dig through and steal. For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also".
Indeed, human should keep their wealth in heaven, but people also need food to live and work, helping other in distress. Having wealth does not sin if you use that wealth properly.

Invest your soul. No matter what happened in your life on earth, one thing is for sure you cannot bring anything in heaven. Only your soul that you cultivate with the word of God.

I believe that God doesn't want us to live life in poverty.He wants us to live life in all abundance,financial and material wealth included.I think that the more financial and material blessings you have,you must share it with the less fortunate.when we help others,we also grow our wealth in heaven.money isn't really the root of evil.money is simply a symbol of value.how we handle money shows how we are as a person.I believe God judges us also on how we handle financial wealth.
