Did cheapbux go scam ? -The requested URL cannot be found.

Hi everyone! As we all know, cheapbux was a no minimum cashout site when it started. I have made a cashout from there too. Before some time, the payout threshold became $2. I cashed out more than $2 from that site after the change in payout minimum. I got paid. And I thought that the site was legit. But, since yesterday, We can't access that site. An error comes saying " can't find the server at www.cheapbux.com". The problem persists now also. The site has been down for 2 days. We know that we can't trust buxhost sites. Have they gone scam ? Did they disappear ? What do you think ?
