Can you suggest a free webhosting (subdomain)

I'm creating a website using the MS publisher and I want to upload it to the web for free using the free subdomain hosting, but i can't find site that I can upload my own template or html files. Can anyone suggest a site for me. I tried webs.com last year and they have that feature but now, they remove that feature for free account.

I have a website about videos and movie trailers. I am hosting it oat arvixe. They have free web hosting and also, of course, paid. First I started with their free service and in about one month I paid 7$ for a domain and unlimited web hosting.
