Hello there Ma'am Joy. I agree that as young as 18 years old, people today can experience heart attack. It is cause by our lifestyle today. If you see the food we eat, the air we breath, the water we drink all of this can lead to heart attack. But the major factor that lead to heart attack is the food we eat. There are many fast foods and different foods nowadays that can hasten heart attack because of the fatty foods it contains.

Yes, it's really true sir romar many people like to eat in fast food chains where the foods are really unhealthy. and these foods causes common illnesses now a days. that is why we are now into healthy cooking in our home, at least to lower the risk.

well that is kind of true. many young people are obese and have really bad habits which don't go a long way to help their health. i think my mantra for life is eating healthy and exercise regularly. it is not like i don't eat junk, i do. but only occasionally . . . i drink green tea which has anti-oxidants which help to reduce weight and keeps you healthy. it is also said to prevent strokes

Well, in reality life for most people really begins when the person wants it to begin and decides to take charge of their life as well. For me, my wake up call so to speak was around the time I turned 30 when I woke up one day looked at my life and where it was heading and did not like it, and knew I wanted more. Even now in my mid to late 40s it is not where I thought it should be, but I am more in control and doing anything I can with the help of God in my life to make it better. Personally it is up to you as an individual but you can be Happy doing so as well.

HAHAHAHA... Well I'm 19 and I haven't had a heart attack yet. I think I've picked up some very healthy habits like eating lots of fruits and veggies (I'm a vegetarian, in fact), and exercising daily. I really have a high value on life, and I'm so happy that I've gotten even this far. I always thought that those people who said life begins at 40 were just ageists.

I believe life begins when you want it to begin, and it can begin again every single day. I can't believe I just wrote that. Anyway, the secret is to live it to the fullest. I don't think I was less alive during my childhood or teenage years than I am now, so for me it must have began early on.

I don't think "life" begins at any age.it doesn't begin at 18 or 40.my motto is "life begins when you discover who you are and feel happy for who you are".sometimes,we live in a life full of priorities that we forget who we really are.we live in a life to impress somebody else that we forget to impress ourselves.sometimes we are swept into taking a college course,a job,or a relationship that doesn't make us happy.when you learn what makes you happy, all good things will unfold in your life.
