I really admire some of the people that I come across - they look so healthy and vibrant, of course they work hard for it, but what are they doing? What are they eating? Right now, I am trying to eat more healthily, more fruit and veg, more exercise - I look better but still not as good, as soon as I stop for a week, I start looking dreary, or if I get ill, I'm right at the beginning again...I can't keep up! Are you just born with it? ;)

My skin is not healthy and looks very dim. I had tried a lot of methods to improve my skin. But they didn't work and my skin were heart. Now I am just try to eat more fruit and keep a good mood. Exercise certainly could help but one need to keep up. And there are many food which are good for skin such as beans and related products. I make bean juice everyday. I think this method has worked. At least the comedo has disappeared.

Some people are just born with it. Fruits and especially veggies will help to give you a nice glow. Keep yourself hydrated as well, lots of water.

I have healthy and great skin. I drink lots of water, eat healthy and exercise daily. I also use astringent cleansing for my face and a good moisturizer that helps me keep my face really smooth..
Some people are actually born with great skin, it how we maintain it later that gives us best results.

Try to eat balance food, fresh fruits and vegetables, meat and fish. exercise will also be a great help, brisk walking for example is good for your heart. have enough sleep and drink a lot of water and fresh juices to freshen you up. Always be happy and always think positive because what you think is what you are and how you become.

Well mate, if you really want good results try metathione injectables or vitamins.. Don't believe in those soap craps.. :) It's kinda expensive here in our place though that i can't afford it. It cleanses your liver from toxins which are also harmful to your skin.. the side effect of met is a clearer, fairer and more radiant skin. some of my friends can afford it and use it. and they look flawless.
