I would definitely like to take on a trip on cruise during the summer time, but I just need to know more information about the documents I have to bring. If I would take a trip to Bahamas or Caribbean, should I need to get a passport with me? And what other documents should I need to bring or apply before to take a trip like that? Since it is out of the country, I guess passport needed to be checked, when we return or something. What was your experience on taking a cruise trip?

You would need your passport and this would be checked every port you arrive at and depart from. You are unlikely to need to take your vaccination record. You might like to take passport photos just in case. I advise you take a debit card or a credit card. It would be wise for you to have a photocopy of the personal information in your passport.

I went on a cruise trip to the Bahamas this summer and it was a very pleasant experience. Yes, you will need to present a passport every time you reenter the ship at port. They checked it along with the cruise ship cards that were linked to my credit card. I'm not sure if that applies to every ship or just the particular cruise line with which I booked. Passport is the most important thing you'll need though.
My cruise was a very good experience although I found that it can be kind of boring for kids. The Bahamas is a great place to go to visit the beach or do some shopping in Nassau.
