i woke up with this horrible pain and it feels like all of my molars are aching and i even brushed my teeth thrice!! but it is still painful,i gargled with salt and it is still painful. my hubhy told me it must be something with my gums..it is like non stop! it is still painful now. is there such? because it feels like all of them are aching and it must be with the nerves to because it feels like the pain is inside and gums and the roots! ![](/Content/images/emotes/angry.gif)

I hope by now things are getting better, and you have consulted either your Doctor or your Dentist about this, and getting something done. I actually was faced with this situation on top of everything else going on yesterday, and it seemed like for quite a while, nothing was going to faze or touch mine either.
What I ended up having my husband go get for me, since I do not have Dental insurance, is the Orajel Medicated Tooth Swabs and use that around the gum area that is bothering me the most, and it helps to numb that area of my mouth and help with the pain. Might be a solution for something to consider keeping on hand.

I rinse regularly with peroxide. My dentist says it is a good idea. You may also clench your teeth in your sleep which will make them ache, and may break parts of them off. You also can have a sinus infection. A show I saw said that if more than one tooth appears to be hurting, that is possibly the cause.

Hi. jazel_juan. I am very sorry about your teeth being in pain. When one teeth or gum hurts, it makes it feel like all or just about all of your teeth is in pain. I know the feeling, I really do.
I hope that you will visit the dentist soon so that you can find out what is really causing you extreme pain. I hope that you will be able to get some fast and permanent relief very soon. Take care. In the meantime, take some Advil or Ibuprofen should help to relieve your teeth and gum pain. Take care.![](/Content/images/emotes/hugs.gif)

I hope you are fine Jazel! There has passed a week since you were feeling so bad. Could it be an hormone change that is affecting your gums? Have you visited the doctor already? Blessings!... Dainy

Yes, if all the teeth are in pain, then the gums have problems. However, extreme pain can also confuse you to think that the other teeth are also hurting.

So sorry to hear it. I hope you can talk to a dentist or doctor very soon. Tooth aches are just horrible. Your situation is worse than most I hear about. Try to hang in there and get some help. Eventually this too shall pass, but you may need some medication tn the short term.

Intermittent tooth aching is only means something is happening on some of your teeth, try to check if you have decayed tooth, if none. Possible your wisdom tooth is coming out. So be patience my friend. This is normal soon or later you will encounter feverish. Try not to take any medications it might worsen the problem. Have a nice day ahead.

I'm so sorry to hear that. Toothache is really terrible especially if it is aching at night because you can't sleep and you cannot go to the dentist. My aunt is a dentist she said if your teeth are aching it means they are infected but if your wisdom tooth is aching it means you need it to be remove. Taking painkiller is the only option to relieve the pain then go to the dentist so you'll know why your teeth are aching. That's the only solution. :)
