I was thinking of getting a tattoo and I thought of an AMBIGRAM of my name. If you don't know an AMBRIGRAM its a typographical design or art form you can read it in different ways and directions which can form the same or original word or a different word.
Ambigrams have also been called 'vertical palindromes' (1965),'designatures' (1979),'inversions' (1980) and 'FlipScript' (a brand name), among other terms.
Has anyone in the Mylotters gotten their tattoo and used AMBRIGRAM?

Wow! It's cool that you're getting a tattoo though I don't think I'm brave enough to get one. Lol. Well as a matter of fact I know what an ambigram is because I read Angels and Demons of Dan Brown. :) You actually made one? That'd be awesome. Nice to meet you by the way. :)

Hello again freymind. May I ask, are you a Filipino? Cause I am :) We studied a bit of alibata when we were in 1st year college and it really looks nice. :) Well henna sounds less threatening to me. Permanent ones use needles right?

I think it is a really cool idea. I have a tattoo of an ambigram myself. It is the name of my son, his first name is Gabriel, so if you look straight at the tattoo that is what is says. His second name is Anthony so when you look at the tattoo upside down it says Anthony. I love it because nobody else has this tattoo, what are the chances that someone would name their child exactly the same name?

Sorry, but I hate tattoos, it looks dirty on the skin but I don't have anything against people who put on tattoos on their body, I just let them since it is their form of expressing themselves.

I'm never interested in tattoos on myself though i do like those on others. Tattoos are really nice to look from far, but it doesn't seem so when it's right in front of me. Furthermore, tattoos look different on different people, that's why i find it stupid for friends to get identical tattoos. I have not seen any AMBRIGRAM form of tattoos around as skull heads, tribal, and dragons are the more commonly seen ones.
