ad redirection allowed in onbux for advertisers?

i'm a relatively new member at onbux, and i'm pretty sure i've read their terms regarding advertisers quite well. there's a particular mini advertisement in onbux that goes like this, "Receive Free Apple products!!! Get free prizes WII, Paypal money, XBOX..." after clicking the mini-ad, it loads for around 2 seconds, and then redirects to some site, but the code which you have to click is gone! i'm wondering if you've encountered something like this. and i'm pretty sure this is NOT ALLOWED in the site, as based from its terms about advertisers. not a very big problem in my situation, at least. but i hope the staff does not allow the advertiser to easily get away with the situation. the ad does not go away with the list of my available ads, and it's kind of annoying, as i click every once in a while for extra ads in onbux.
