What wives want?

Security and Affection? Yes, The essentials? like what? ..I believe that most wives have simple desires that they need that is to be love, respected and understood...well for me that's what I need.

I would agree that wives need security and affection. However, the same is also true of husbands - it's only fair. I would need a definition for "the essentials" before I could comment. In my mind chocolate is fairly essential, but I probably wouldn't call it an innermost desire. Also - what do many think?, and why would these three qualities be contrary? I think that both wives and husbands, and all people for that matter deserve security and affection, as well as friendships, a meaningful life whether that be within the family or at work, a sense of fulfilment and purpose. When it comes down to it - don't we all fundamentally want to be happy? I think I would put happiness fairly high on my list of innermost desires.
