Daughter's gift

What is the simple but most precious gift that a mother should give to a daughter who will be graduating in elementary grade?

Hi rose1224and a warm welcome to you to myLot! Since she is going on to high school and not sure if she is going to be wearing a uniform or not in her new school. Maybe a nice gift card. Reason why I saw gift card is that she will feel like a grown up teen and maybe some nice summer clothes and or school clothes of her choice with your guidance, she may be totally excited about. Girls love clothes and accessories so I am thinking in that area. Best of luck and congrats to the proud mom!

Thanks for the warm welcome. Your suggestion help me a lot to think of the best gift for her especially today, knowing that she is the top 15 among the 178 graduating students having an average of 91.4%. I am so proud of her and very happy for what she got. I will keep on praying for her future.

My daughter is also graduating from grade school and I already bought a gift for her..she wanted an Ipod...She loves music so much.You can buy the cheaper ones so you can save.

Actually, that's what she likes since she loves music too but I cannot afford it. I just promised her to give but not this time.

I'm sure your daughter will be happy since you promised her an Ipod. There are cheaper brands in the market, I'm sure you can find one that will fit your budget. Lives are hard nowadays so we have to be practical....

Hello. I don't have a daughter or any child for that matter so I can't honestly say that I can give an excellent or a very specific advice. But, I would love to help no matter how small. Er, perhaps you should recall moments where you noticed your daughter wanting to have something. Perhaps you see her browsing a specific product online quite frequently. Or you notice her talking about a product repeatedly. I hope this helps a bit. Congratulations to your daughter for a wonderful step towards a better life. Godspeed to you and your daughter =)
