Mobile is an object we use every moment of day. I always wonder if it can be unhealty for us. I read somewhere that scientist made a research to study if mobile radiation can affect our sleep. Well, they discovered that radiation can stress our brain alert when we sleep and we will enter in deep sleep much later then normal.
In my experience I can say I usually sleep well, but to be safer I turn of mobiles and I put in another room where I don't sleep. When I wake up I'll turn on, because nobody calls me at night :D or if they call me I don't want to be disturbed.
What's your experience with mobile during your sleep? Have you tried to turn off? Do you notice any effects when you sleep with mobile on?

the mobile phone doesn't affect my sleep.I use it as an alarm clock, and the phone is sitting on the table away from the bed because of the radiation from the phone.I set the phone so calls can go to voicemail.

I don't think the mobile radiation is so serious. After all, the radiation is available anywhere, it can come from TV, fax, computer, microwave oven, sun etc. But I will turn off my mobile phone at night because the scam calls and SMS are very annoying. It can wake you up at night.
I love China

I know today we've radiation everywhere and in our houses too. For example I use wireless router connection that is turned on almost all day. I searched on internet about wireless signal, it isn't proved yet that it can be unhealty for us. But wireless signal is less strong then mobile phone signal so I suppose, mobile are a bit more "dangerous" then wireless.
I don't care so much but at least I will keep to have my mobiles a bit far from me when it is possible. Thanks and cheers :)
