lol! But only because I identify! When I started working on line I did the same thing. I got desparate though because I would lay down at night and think, "OMGI forgot that site!" So I made a list and as I worked them each day I checked them off!

@EchoRain, I just do not use sites if they are boring or not fun, or if they cause problems on my computer. @Soapies, I like have a hard copy or list, like macdingolinger. I could and should do a spreadsheet like some of the others have suggested because I hope to need that information for taxes next year.

I don't keep up with many now a days. But sometimes I find an interesting site, try to sign up and then the error comes: Username already taken That way I find I already belonged here. That means, the site is not of any use, for me. Way back when I was more active and willing to find sites, I used to have folders in my mailbox related to these sites. Kept everything organized and remembered. Folders still exist there, but not my interest.

I used to forget many site before that i use too join
but now
I had created folder on my bookmark tab in firefox where i save all the site that i ever join in an organized manner giving a title and placing site in respective folder
also i write down all my site username and password in a book because i use different password in all the site so i just right it down so that i would not have to remember them
this is my free way of remembering all the site that i ever join i requires some work like you have to right down the details in the book but its worth it for me as it risk and cost free

Now a days its hard time to remember the username and the sitename in the internet world , so I m using the excel sheet and update it , because sometimes I used to forget the login name of the site which i m using daily ,It happens for everyone mostly if the username is given by the site with mix of alpha and non-alpha characters

I used to have that problem, but I solved it. At first I used a tiny notebook, but found I like the option of changing out pages, so I got a half size binder, and used card stock and put letter tabs on it. I got the appropriate sized paper, and I record everything I join and create a password for. So, MyLot is in M with my user name and password. PayPal is in P, user name, password, security questions. I put all the details I need to remember with the name of the site.

Yes. At one time I joined so many sites and I would do a site for a while then stop doing it and forget about it. Like myLot. I did it for a while then stopped for almost a year then came across it again and now I am back. I get lazy and stop doing sites. There are a lot of sites I did in the past that I have forgotten about.

Yep, I sure do forget at times. I remember just about all of hem, but there have been a few that I had forget about doing, and when I finally remembered them, then I try to them everyday if at all possible. I don't have folders, or even written down, but maybe I will have to do that so i don't forget which ones I am a member of. I guess at my age it is really easy to forget. It really is embarrassing to forget but at least I do pretty good most of the time anyway. Take care, and happy mylotting.

Well glad to see I am not the only one that has a rough time remembering everything LOL
But unfortunately for me I am in the first stages of dementia after being tested by a Psychologist.
He told me he was amazed that I knew I had a problem he said most people would not come in or ask to be tested at my age.
I had to laugh I said Sir I am 58 raised 5 children, Veteran to two of our war eras
I think I can safely say my brain is fried.
Poor guy I think when all was said and done he was looking for help
He liked my attitude
But for the person that talked about roboform thanks
Now if only I could keep up with everything else
do they have a roboform that can follow me?
LOL
Seriously I have to laugh at myself or I would cry! But of everything I have troubles remembering...being a female I can still cook! Somehow I havent forgotten that!
