How do I make good money with pay to read?

How do I make good money with paid to read email sites? I am currently using donkeymails, and matrixmails. Can you suggest to me another site to use that pays much better, or how to start really making money? I know I should start to make referrals soon, but where is the best place to do that? Thanks for all your help.

Hits4Pay also great, it gives you 0.02$ per validated email and 10 dollars as sign up bonus. But i don't like their minimum payout, its 25$. I almost reach my first payout there, maybe the next month.
