indications of getting old

When I gave birth to my two kids, I noticed that I am getting old because my skin (esp tummy) is all saggy. But I think I still can pull it off thru exercise, too bad I am lazy for that I have big eyebags even before I think it is natural for me, gray hairs yes I have many too lol! We really cant do away w/ aging no matter how we keep ourselves in shape. We can just slow the process and ensure that we have lived to the fullest! :)

Growing old is a part of life and should be rejoiced not feared. Although it is something we all fear, "the old look", with proper skin care proper diet, you should age well regardless. Of course those 2 are always something that should be done anyways Things like circles under the eyes can be covered up with makeup. I have them and I'm only 22 . I would recommend using a more full coverage makeup like M.A.C studio fix or Revlon photo finish. Both will make your skin appear to be younger and cover up all blemishes. The crows feet will probably always be there, but then again I've seen them on young people who just smile a lot, so that isn't to much to worry about. And gray hair can be dyed I believe Glad that you are keeping up with a healthy and happy life! And may your days continue to bring you more!

When I was in college u could go shopping the who,e day without getting tired at all. I started to feel a bit tired when I was in my 30s and couldn't ride the bicycle as far as 65 kilometers like I used to. I'm still very active though but my stamina has decreased for about 10%. That's an indication that I'm aging .

Yes friend I also dont mind if someone says me unty because my hair is white I am only 35 but due to my hair some student tell me madam someone is says unty but not care it. Because no problem if I am seeing old than why annoyed on them Nice discussion

I think the first thing I noticed was when I became 45 I started to slow down. I do not have bags under my eyes but I do have some grey hair. Getting old is something we cannot change or reverse. It's a fact of life. Some people age better then others. Everyone tells me I do not look my age, they say I look like I'm in my 30's. I don't put much thought into it.
