How do you think pay raise? I am a shy girl,although most of people say when you think your ability is beyond your earning,you can make request to your boss to raise your pay,but I always encourageing me for a long time then I can dare to say this to my boss.How do you say when you demand your boss to raise your pay?

You either ask in person and or send an email that you feel it is time for an appraisal review. When you meet you let your employer know that you enjoy working at the company and to date you feel you have proven your skills and you feel it is time for a raise.
Allow your boss to respond is their is any hesitation you say that to date you feel you should at least get a raised not only based on your proven skills but also on the fact that cost of living is also up.
