Adult Sports League

I have been reading some motivational books, in one book the author mentions joining a non competitive adult sports league. In his case it was kick ball. I thought that sounded like a great idea to join some league, since I haven't really been played anything in a very long time. I live in the California area, and wanted to know if anyone know of any non competitive adult sports leagues?
