Hi sweetie. Let me see here. Never have done it, BUT... If ever i might consider it, i will probably tie him up on public square and make him say yes. I won't ask, i will actually demand.

hello jaiho, Uhhhmmmm.....if i will propose to a guy maybe i will ask his family and closest friends to participate i want it to be simply like a surprise dinner and then after that i will have a dance with him in the tune of our favorite song then as the music stops i will kneel down bring out the engagement ring while he is in the state of shock and confusion family and friends will bring a banner saying " MARRY HER SHE IS A GOOD CATCH,WE WANT HER,TAKE THIS CHANCE or YOU WILL REGRET IT LATER". How i wish it will happen I am your flower girl

I think I've seen that in the one of the movie... LOL. ok you set the event but putting a banner saying "Merry her she is a good catch, we want her, take this chance or you will regret it later" is a offering and proposal of your friends not your's LOL... I think the best banner is "Will you marry me or else your lost 1/3 of your life" sound forcing... he he he

DISCLAIMER: This is one of the many discussions of my friends which notification did not landed in my inbox. I think i saw this in a news and public affairs program last night, "girls were the ones who proposed marriage to the boys". in my case, no marriage proposal happened between us. she just knocked at my door one day, few days after our first meeting. she raided my pad. kidding aside, when i planned to marry her, i just brought the two of them in court and told her, we are going to get married and our witnesses will be coming over later. two of them? because she's already carrying our second child at that time, five months inside.

neil, Forget notification...i just keep checking friend started always (for 2 months in the long run hmppp) I don't watch news...this is really next in my mind after all my topic and was thinking to do this one in real Your style is much surprising huh...it's like you saw the municipal hall out of the blue (not to mention you work in there) and pulled her inside and shout "hey mayor/judge..marry us "

something to that effect. but that happened a few months before i was appointed here. i was not still in the government service at that time. so we have not prepared anything. we just let the two witnesses decide where they brought us for reception. anyways, they have their own credit cards.

Hello jaiho, My last relationship was a mistake. I am not going to get into any relationship for now. I am sure that when i get a decent job i am going to get a very beautiful girl, beautiful at heart and someone who would love me for the person i am and i am going to be so hers.............. Yes, i am looking forward to putting such a proposal on my knees. I am not sure if i would be able to do it in public though, for the shy kind of person i am. But when i am excited i can do almost anything, lol. I am going to be so sweet to her.... I believe i am a romantic person, and i am going to cherish her so much. All the love i gave to my previous girlfriend, i am going to take that away and shower everything on my true love....

Yes, jaiho. It was a long hard time for me.. I am back again, stronger. If the girl proposes me in public, i don't think it is possible for me say no to her. And you can i say i am hopelessly romantic.. hehe.. Wow, under the moon light, would be good place where the ring would shine with the moonlight. :) I hope to make her so happy doing that ! Yes, i am going to buy her one of the best rings out there, because she means so much to me and she deserves it! :)

hello voldrox, Long time my friend..nice to see you again I agree, even the most timid person can do imaginary things when feels too much excitement (hahaha) It's rush of emotions,of happiness that we can not hold our actions. I just wonder how will you ever gonna plan about the proposal, could it be under the moonlight at the building rooftop with band playing your favorite music. Or in some public places like passing to a jewelry shop and "wink" pulled her inside the store and asks her to marry you...and after that...choose the grandest wedding ring on display just my wishful thinking

Hi didi I must say again (as I said on Nishant's post) - the blue looks lovely and the pic seems nostalgic (cannot resist it) The day I saw her in that purple cotton saree at her place of work, I realized she is the one and if I had a ring, I would have proposed her right then and there (forgetting the facts of life) - as in movies - on the knees kind of thing and told her - I would wait till eternity for you to decide and be with me forever... That day is still fresh in my memory and I did do that (though after our marriage when she wore that one for the first time after marriage)... It still pulls me and makes me feel we are "just married"

hello dear sids, Oh,thanks for the nostalgic pic,it gives me nostalgic topic to discuss here (hehehe..thanks dear bhai) It's really nice to bring back old yesterday, the love that we found. Bringing back memories make us realized how love begins. So,did you kneel down and hold her hands on your anniversary? just like the first time and say..."will you marry me again?"

Hi friend, this is a good discussion. For me I want in one of my date with her. She looks direct to my eyes and smile in her face and speaking her heart through her lips saying the proposal of - will you marry me? Then I will answer that oh that's my supposed to be wordings to you LOL.. Yeah a few girls who offering such word it should be the guys - very ackward if the girls because guys thinking that if girls has first move girls are like beggar. By the way, how about you? Any view from you about this? see you around

But in this new era,i really find it's cute and more exciting... i will try and will you let you know what happened and what's his reaction... Happy Monday

Hi... didi.. Now i am on the doorstep of marriage. So,i have to think a lot before accepting someone's proposal. I can't take any decision quickly being emotional. I have already learned a lot, so i am very practical in this regard. Nothing can flatter me or change my mind. If a girl proposes me, then i shall take some time to think. and i am not to give a proposal to anyone.... Have a nice day.

Nice one Jaiho. I am also dreaming of a romantic yet exaggerated marriage proposal as what Ive seen in television and news. It really means that the man love you so much that he would do anything to make you happy and to announce to the world that he wants you to be the part of his life forever. But I guess it is impossible for me now to have such kind of proposals because I am a single mom and I dont deserve it because I was abandoned by some guy. I think if this would happened to me that a guy would propose a marriage to me, the essence of the proposal was not felt anymore.

hello junmae, Being a single mom doesn't mean that true love won't come anymore. So what if you are a single mom? Remember dear,we are not living in a world of hypocrisy. Our society is open for this kind of situation already and accepted the new changes everyday. Don't be bitter with it..i am sure your prince will come at the right time and will propose the sweetest way you can ever imagine

Hi jaiho: If a girl makes me a marriage proposal, I'd definetly say yes. I think that's the best gift I can recieve from my girlfriend. Because, it might be her the one who ask me this, yes? NAd if I have a girlfriend that means that I really love her and that I want to have something serious with her. It would be awesome if she ask me this after dinner in a restaurant when we're celebrating our anniversary. ALVARO

hello Alvaro, So you prefer in a restaurant while you are having dinner in a candle light with sweet music being played and then...she will have one of the waiter come with the special dish and the moment you open that special dish you will see a ring...then,she will kneel and asks you "will you marry me" and you, with eyes full of surprise looking at the ring...will be surprised thinking for a moment and finally say "YES!YES!..." how romantic

i am not a proposed any girl why because i have no gets to propose the girl but she said no ok just i cannot leave that place still i am standing on that place she is also finally she got a decision to love me finally i become very happy at that day but beyond that happiness there is a sad thing going on my life. I am doing enquiry about his family because we love one person it takes and reach towards the marriage, but in my enquiry what her mom said she already got married with other person. So i have to left that girl so at that time i never dare to propose any girl just leave thing things but thing i have to understand it clearly arranged marriage is the best for me and for my parents.

i don't know if i could ever have the guts to propose a marriage to a man, but if my an proposed a marriage to me i would prefer it in public places, it's like sharing his thoughts and sincerity with the world and he proves that he's not ashamed to do anything for me....

Hello Jaiho! This is indeed a nice discussion and it gave me something to think about. Well, If I ever summon the courage to do this kind of stuff I will do it GENIUS style. Hehehe... I always wanted a smart husband so i am gonna cut out letters that spells out "marry me" and then i will disarrange it. And I will ask him to arrange it, and if he gets it right, i'll give him a ring as a reward and say this " Einstein was a genius, but i am smarter than he is because I was able to discover you. So would you be smart enough not to let me go?" Hhahaha..

Yes why not! I would propose to the guy I love so much if I need to. There are some guys who are afraid of lifetime commitment. And I would not wait forever for him to be ready. You know what I mean. Time flies and one should live it to the fullest.
