how can we help the person if he doesn't want to??.....

i have a friends who needs help for some personal reason, yet when we offer him the help that we can give to him, he refuses.... so, what now????? ?_?

Hi DemS23 and welcome to myLot!
You can only be a true friend, help cannot be provided when someone is resistant to accepting the help. Depression is such a vicious cycle at times because it will cause the person to completely shut down and be numb to the world. Continue being a friend and advise your friend how wonderful and precious life is.
Continue to remind your friend that you will be there for your friend and hopefully your friend someday will open up and share more of his feelings.

Maybe he doesn't want to aknowledge he needs help. What kind of help are we talking about here? Like is your friend depressed or something? In that case you need to convince him/her that you're there for him/her and that you only want to help get better. Maybe talk about a psychiatrist.
