Hello darapmonsta,
Converting a blog page to pdf is easy : you just need a pdf printer driver, and some browsers have already one integrated -- like Prism, a very good browser for myLot --.
Converting a full blog is more complex. Personally I would not use pdf but a plucker pdb file with the plucker desktop : http://desktop.plkr.org/
You can make all adjustments you want to mirror a blog, update the archive, chose the size of pictures, number of colors, depth of pages mirrored, etc.
It was first made for PDA/phones using PalmOS and has been ported to Windows Mobile, but you can find ebook readers for desktop like FBReader -- http://www.fbreader.org/ -- able to read a plucker file. I think it is the best free solution.

The plucker desktop does this and more : you can also mirror in the same ebook the links given by the blog. But be careful that, even if the ebook is highly compressed, it can be very large and can take time to download and compile if you want to mirror a complete blog and the sites linked to the blog. It is not possible to do this automatically with a PDF. What you need is a true ebook format, and plucker is good and free. Just my opinion.
