I was enjored really bad while I was working on a power plant and get screwed around by the company. Because of my injory, I can not do that kind of work anymore. I have no idea of what to do now, I have been in construction my whole life and now I have to find something else to do to try to previde for my family. The company was at fault and was supost to help me find more work or pay for me to get educated in another field. However, like any company they have not kept up with thier part of the agreement and will not pay for further educating me.

Isn't there a labor law that protects laborer in your country? YOu should consult a lawyer regarding your rights because the company should be held liable for everything that has happened to you. You can get compensated for what has happened.
Don't allow the company to get away with their responsibility. It's really unfair and i just can't stand to see that the company just didn't care of what happened to their employees.
I strongly advise for you to consult a lawyer. I'm sure that there's a lawyer for indigent people in your country.

Well, did you report the injury and have them document it and see a Doctor for your injury that is work related? I know in the USA if you report an injury there has to be some sort of documentation so then you can be able to let them know what is happening from there, if you need L&I, etc. Unfortunately the problem is many people do not take time to do the appropriate steps from the start and often screw themselves over in the end.
Might be time if you think you would have enough of a case, to consider seeing a Lawyer and getting another opinion for what you should be doing from here. If the company promised to help you get retrained somewhere and now you are on your own was that ever documented? Personally this does not sound like the type of company I would want to work for or be associated with for sure.

Yes, I was life flighted out of the plant and all the safty guys started takeing statments. My wife kept all the documents from all the hospital's. I went through four different attornys, and they all said the same thing. In the state of Texas you can not take a company to court if they pay into workmen comp. They are 100% protected.
