When we hear Fast Food, we will be thinking unhealthy because most of the foods are junk or say not much of a healthy one.
However, as I was do some reading a while ago, I have came across with this and read it over. Yes, there are Fast food drinks that are healthy and surely I would be ordering them more often. Although, I every time I am in Fast Food chains, I would order the fruit juice and not the sodas.
So here are the beverages:
1. Starbucks - Espresso - it has a lower amount of caffeine than those other coffee blends. How this is so? A cup of espresso can already give you a kick of caffeine you need compared to a tall size coffee blend.
2. Jamba Juice - Probiotic fruits and Yogurt blends - that is self explanatory.
3. Einstein Bros Bagels - Medium Iced latte - ask for non fat milk with that latte to shave off those fat and calories.
4. Mcdonalds - small non fat latte
5. Seattle's Best - Small non-fat Chai latte - with 140 calories and 0 fat, that would be fine.

It is nice that fast food chains are starting to make an effort by cutting back on the caffeine and calories in their lattes but does that really make them healthy? Number 2 I understand what that is healthy. But the lattes, they may have fewer calories but they are still only sugar and caffeine mixed together. What is healthy about that? Don't get me wrong they taste good, but there is no beneficial nutrients in them that I am aware of. I feel it is just another way of fast food chains trying to trick us into buying more from them by telling us they are making their menu "healthier".

I usually order fruit juices too. At coffee shops I sometimes get "naked juice" which is just juice of fresh veggies and that's all that's in it. I do sometimes get chocolate milk though and I know the sugar is bad but it's the only way I get milk, except for the little bit of soy milk I consume. There are usually some healthier choices out there - we just have to look for them!

I am curious with the number 2 in your list. What is that all about? How do they help us improve our health, the probiotics and the Yogurt blends? I wanna learn more about that... that's new to me.

It does seem that some fast food restaurants are changing their menus today because they understand that in order to survive they have to. With so many health conscious people today it seems like it is a smart move. I know that there are times that I do go to a fast food see some of the healthy selection and opt for them, so I am one that certainly appreciates it.

Thanks for the tips and good advice i think fastfood chains should all have a healthy options menu with a breakdown of fat and calories it would help there customin many ways as people would eat there with knowing it was o there diet plan ok list rather than aviod the restaurant thinking its all bad what do you think?
