i love my boyfriend and hes been talking about marrige lately, it scares me and i get really nervous, is this natral? will it go away? or am i really just not ready to get married?

Listen to your gut. You're body is having a reaction so pay attention to it. I felt the same way years ago when I had a boyfriend mention it. When you can talk about it and be happy and not scared and actually look forward to it then that's probably when you will feel you will be ready. Right now you are uncomfortable about it so go slowly.
