Paypal problem

I have negative $6.42 listed in my Paypal, what does this mean. Also I have no credit card or bank account listed on my Paypal. Does this mean my account is frozen?

probably because you should re-charge your paypala ccount with at least this money because you should pay something to paypal and so if you wouldn't pay probably they will freeze your account..
