What do you guys and gals do to focus on homework?

Hey all, i always find it hard to concentrate and actually do my homework, so i was wondering what you all did to help you focus and just get it done instead of playing on the xbox or doing anything other than homework.

The only solution I've found is to close facebook and twitter and shutting down my cellphone, unfortunately it works only %80 of the time whenever I'm not hungry or sleepy

Hi. hellopatricksteven. Welcome to myLot! When I was in school, I stayed focused by closing my bedroom door. I will turn off the TV in my bedroom. I will also ask others that are in the house to keep their voices down and any extra noise that they may tend to make too. I will concentrate on my work as if I am in a quiet park. My mind is now then free from any distractions.
