I made the mistake of going into it to try to make money. That's not how money happens. Money happens when you go into 'it' (whatever you do) to help your friends live better ... money's just the pool-water, and you're helping your friends swim better; that doesn't mean 'make more water,' but rather 'use the water to get what you and your friends need more-easily.' (If you're still 'money-hungry,' I'll just mention that most of the "rich Internet-marketers" have lots of rich friends.)

Hi anilkumar, It's been a year since I started working online. I was fortunate to have been able to find work as a writer on academic writing sites initially, and then later on as a legitimate online worker/contractor on odesk. Up to now I am still working on odesk and I do not mean to elicit envy or whatever, but I currently have 6 ongoing contracts - 1 fulltime (40-60 hours a week) and the others part time. i know. some of them are like such experts i tell you. but to earn a decent income online, you just need a little bit of research, that is all. there is a social networking site which pays for commenting and stuff. it is called mypage5.com. i got paid 17$ today but took like a month. then there are online writing sites which pay well too. even if you are not willing to write but put some hardwork into sites like triond, you can earn a decent amount. factoidz is another great site for writers but it has strict rules. there is kooday and club asteria which are investment sites where i have not invested yet but people are getting paid i heard. so choose what you like and reap the benefits :)
