How can you say that you're happy?

This is a never ending question on when or how people can say that they are contented and happy? There's a million reasons why or how people make them happy.. In terms of Social,cultural,spiritual, physical and emotional.. Also the things that they do everyday "activities/hobbies/interest" People they encountered everyday "FAMILY/FRIENDS" And Emotions "a never ending love to someone they choose to be with them for the rest of their lives" And Religion "where people devoted their whole life to serve GOD"... What ever it is that makes you happy? Just stay on that side and never let it go.. =) Now can i ask what makes you happy???
