What is something you cant NOT do?

So I was listening to the radio and the guy was talking about him trying new things. For example, not picking his nose. It sounds easy but sometimes your instinct just kicks in and it happens. Another one was for him to not look at boobs for a whole 7 days. Guys, you know how difficult that could be. So what would be an interesting one be? And what would something be that you just probably wouldn't be able to NOT do?
