Sugar is one food that some people think is bad for you and very addictive.
But we still eat it and nobody puts the sugar on the list of drugs.-
Do we need sugar in our lives or can we live without it?
Is it good to reward children with sugary treats?
And what about fruit?- They are sweet too.

Hello there! How are you doing?
It seems unfortunately what happens to sugar is the same thing for example that the chocolate does: it can help us create substances in the brain that causes nothing more than...pleasure. That's right, that's why we like, it's a pleasure! :p

You are right. Sugar is bad for our health and I am sure if it will be the first time to bring out sugar in the market today, it will not past the food authorities. =) However, sugar is being used as a substance to improve the taste of most of our food, so I guess it will just be up to us to control the use and consumption of it. I think it is okay to give kids sweets but of course in moderation so they won't be addicted to it. Fruits on the other hand, is very beneficial to our health, it boosts our immune system so it is not the sweetness that actually should matter but the vitamins that we obtained from them. Have a sweet day. =)
