Is fighting really the answer?

So I'm pretty sure all of you have heard the phrase: "Fighting doesn't solve anything". But is this really true? Now I'm not talking about war or anything, I'm talking about one on one fist fights and such. I have been in numerous fights, and after each fight there was no more dispute between me and the other guy. I haven't lost a fight though so I don't know if that gave me a one sided viewpoint on it. What do you think?

Eh its half true and half not true. Sometimes whether you like it or not your gonna have to fight and sometimes it can be avoided just by avoiding the person. Expecially like in high school, with more miserable high school kids looking for victims you will have to defend yourself. So answering your question. sometimes fighting solves things and sometimes it just isnt needed.

That's also true, sometimes you can avoid it, but it doesn't end as fast and sometimes it even gets worse.

True but just keep in mind not to hit first so you wont get suspended. Oh yea and a more creative way to avoid fights that I saw my sister do was when people bothered her she had her really tall and big guy friend sit on the person until they started screaming. (lol maybe thats a little sadistic but its funny ^_^) there is nothing in school rules that says you cant sit on ppl because they are being a pain.

I can not stop anything. Fight till the last breath for what they believe and who they want. I fight with anyone, anytime, until exhaustion. But there are things which, however I wish not to fight. How can I fight for tenderness? How can I fight for tenderness? Not much I can only crave them. And when they come, I would stop time, I remain hooked in those sublime moments. But everything is fleeting, and I do not go left to do but to remember them with regret. Every moment of happiness lost in days of sadness turns and sighs. What's more sad, that caused the memory of the happiness or lack of it caused by? Live love as an exaggeration. I feel more than you need, suffer more than thinking, dreaming more than experience. When I remember, smile easily and then I was devastated. Often, the smile of suffering is more painful than tears of crying!
