I wish I'm healthy

My grandfather from my mother died because of heart attack and my mom passed away 4 years ago also caused of heart attack. and since 1st march 2011 I feel my heart beating so fast and I always feel like worry. I then started to jogging every morning and I pray to GOD to give me health and long life. I'm married, and I wanted to have baby and I still have dreams that I wish can come true. I wish friends here can tell me what should I do? what kind of food should I eat to keep my heart health..

Hi Dear dznurani! having gone through your profile I gathered that you are just 26 years old! You really need not worry about the heart attack etc at this age. Please see to it that you are not over weight. For that please consult your physician and have a regular exercise and regularise your diet and involve yourself in physical activities! Normally females don't have heart attacks so long their Menstrual cycles are going on as estrogen produced in the body of such females prevents them from having heart attacks ! Have you ever seen a young lady dying from heart attack? Possibly no! But this can happen with males, young people as young as 30 can die of heart attack! Now coming to your grand father and mother they must have had their heart attack after certain age! You really need not worry about such problems right at this age, as you have a got a long life to live. So please consult a technical/professional person and have your regular exercise routine and also your nutrition also! Hope by doing so you will have a nice and tension free life! All the best!

You should definetly go to your doctor for this. I was having heart problems before too. Went to the doctor for a check up and she said everything was fine. Which was a relief. You could be stressing. You`re on the right track though with having a healthy heart. Exercise is key. So, keep jogging. When it comes to food, really it all comes down to common sense. Fruits, veggies, foods that arent fattening. Buy some multivitamins. Oh, and make sure to make it a habit. Take care and goodluck!

first thing is to seek medical consultation regarding your heart beating too fast, maybe is it tachycardia and it can be normalized through medicine.. things to do are exercise, healthy lifestyle, eat fruits and veggies and be happy as worries can cause anxiety that causes tension and thus faster heart rate..

Keep jogging, this will help your heart, exercise is best for being healthy. Minimized your intake of fatty foods and always have a regular check up. Monitoring is the best way to prevent any signs of impending heart attack. be cheerful, smile, they say happy people don't die young!
