I have a job as admin Clerk however my salary is not enough for a living and am planning to quit very soon, maybe next month, I want to start my internet cafe but the problem is it will take 6 months to start up because my earning is not enough.
One thing the place i work in is they delay my payment or salary. aside from that am not comfortable working in this area and they even treat me badly huhuhu.
Should I quit now or Stay for a while?
Guys help me...

If given the opportunity, I think a lot of people would choose to start their own business rather than working for someone else but starting a business is not that simple and you should think a lot about it before you quit your job.
If you are not happy with your work now, maybe you should quit and look for a better paying job then start saving for the internet cafe. But dont just quit without any back up.

I agree with your point that one should not leave previous job before having next job in hand, but in this case the person is losing self confidence and is treated badly by the employer. I have studied an article that one should quit job as soon as possible when he finds it uninteresting and things are going out of control. This will save them from further frustration and anxiety.

Quit immediately without delay.
If we are doing a job where we are not mentally satisfied there is no use of continuing that job. This will decrease your productivity and creativity. It can also make you depressed and anxious.
Your current gives you these:
1. Low salary, not even enough for a living.
2. Delayed payment.
3. Uninterested work, no fun.
4. Bad treatment by employer.
5. Low self esteem.
6. Decreased self confidence.
7. Uncertain future.
8. Mental anxiety, depression, tension.
9. No satisfaction, etc.
There is no sense in continuing that job. You get rid of it as soon as possible. Take a break and find some other job which is at least interesting for you and people are respectful.
This job will not only decrease your potential but will also make you mentally frustrated. My suggestion is to quit it ASAP.

Never quit a job until you have another one first. Stick with it until you can find a better job or save up enough money to do what you want. You could even get a part time job and work that one until you can save up enough. What are you going to do in the mean time if you quit you won't have any money coming in the you'd have to wait 6 months with no money until the other thing starts to make you money.

For the sake of money, and your internet cafe, u should stay on. Endure for the 6 months, and your future is right ahead of u. IF u were to quit, how are u going to fund your internet cafe? If u are going to for another job, your business will be delayed again because u won't have the time for it. Furthermore, no company will employ a staff for just few months. Even if there are, it's on a part time basis, and it's not worth it.

As my opinion, you should look for another job before you quit this one. If other job take you, then you quit this one. if the old job require you to give advance notice then you must notify your new employer about that. I hate to see when you quit and then dont have anything to do later on... it is just a waste of time and money :)

You can do what you want lovebugjess, but I have to disagree with the others. If possible, try to start your business while you are still working, because if your business doesn't work, more than likely you will find yourself without a job and no one will hire you..Jobs are very scarce and very hard to come by today unless you are a nurse..Turns out that nurses are in very short supply, but I can't do a job like that, and so I am hoping that someone wants to hire me...

Personally I wouldn't quit until I had back up income. How would you plan to support yourself without a steady income?

hi lovebugjess,
You can quit it soon if you can't bear it and start your own business, but you must make sure it's not a halfway project, and you have enough money to hold your business, and of course there is a powerful force to support it forward. Anyway, it's not a joke if you give up this job and no basis fund to afford your life. Good luck.
