SIS which stands for Symbian Installation Source, is an archive file for the Symbian Operating System
Lg GB230 is java based mobile it does not support symbian files
you can only use .jar files in that
you cannot convert it too you have to get a theme which is built with java
i tried to search for some themes from the site where i download them but didn't find any good links

SIS files are for symbian opertaing systems which are mainly found on nokia cellphones and your lg is a java phone, so thats why it is not supported by your phone, and whenever you download a file try to download in .jar format which is supported by your phone.Try to download from getjar.com,mobile9.com

hello, there. If you already downloaded the correct file, but your phone rejected it, you can use UNSIS or unmake sis software. sometimes they are handy, when your problems comes out.
Hope it helps. ^_^
