Always Tired.

No matter when I go to bed, how long I sleep or lay in bed, I get up and the whole day I am always still as tired as if I didn't get enough sleep, or hardly at all. I've tried everything from 5 hour energy's, Mountain Dew in the morning, to just going to sleep really early, but nothing seems to work. I don't know what to do anymore. I want to just give up on trying to be clearly awake in the mornings and just deal with getting tired constently. Its almost like I can never get fully awake in the day unless I am actually off my butt and doing something, but when I sit down, then is when it starts again.
How can I be fully awake?
What should I do?

I already experience it when I am worry about the things or task which i am going to attend the next day just like for example a job interview, medical test, or meet a person or like what the other person think about me or some family problems etc.. I think all the prescription and advice about the relief of insomnia only work for some person and fail to work for other people. if all your tiredness you could trace from over work then it is your body or mentally then it have to do with your being feel stress. Some suggest learning to exercise your mind and body that they coordinate naturally and well balance. when both cooperate you could sleep better, live happy and longer.

Well,I can never go right to sleep when I lay down I must take a sleep aid or I just stay awake until the wee hours of the morning. I really know where you are coming from being tire most of the time. I just learn how to adjust to it, even when I do manage to get a good nite rest I still feel tire, so you are not a lone.

Stop using the 5 hour energys, and not so much mountain dew, if you can help it. This will cause your blood sugar to go up real high and then drop suddenly, resulting in fatigue. You may be hypoglycemic. Do you get migraines?? Fatigue can also be a symptom of depression.
If you want energy, the best thing that you can do is exercise and eat healthy, drink lots of water. If you feel like you are too tired to exercise, that means you really need it. I do yoga.
What is the average amount of hours of sleep you get per night? Both oversleeping and not sticking with a regular sleep schedule will mess with your sleep cycle and can make you tired all the time.
