is palmbux going to make it in the PTC scam list?

earnings for every ad clicked in palmbux have gotten higher, from $0.008 to $0.01, and that is quite good news, or maybe not that good for high earnings with hundreds or thousands clicking under their usernames. i have read at some review sites that the owner of palmbux is the same as the owner of cashium, a PTC site that has lots of debts (amounting to $80,000+/- in member payments). it was last updated i think january or february this year. knowing that they've upgraded to $0.01 per ad, and then being a possible scam site. i don't know what to think now, if it's scam or not.. i just have 4 rented refs in palmbux. but still.. hope they don't turn into one.
