How would you describe your life at this time: stressfull or stressfree and why do you say that? I would describe my current situation as stressfull. I feel there are a lot of new and different things happening in my life at this time. When I was younger I faced very difficult trials in my life like the loss of my dear father. These trials aren't as difficult as others ones they just are new and different for me. At times my life can seem overwhelming for me. Striving to take care of my family and all that is involved in doing that. Keeping my relationships within my family strong at times seems challenging. We all are different and view things differently but I always hope that things will work out for the good and better for our family. Things with the economy are depressing it seems no matter how hard a person tries you can't seem to get ahead. Through it all though I do love my life and those that are apart of it.

well, life isn't 0 stress. we do have our problems or trials as some people say. im working, so stress related to work is common but i really don't bring my work stress at home, im most relaxed at home. budgeting my salary is another stressful thing cause i still have 2 brothers who presently are in college, so can't escape that kind of stress eventhough im just helping my parents.:) weather stress, is there any such thing?.LOL. cause our place is experiencing storm/typhoon right now, can't move much if there's always rain when you go out. but sleepiness easily comes to me cause of the cold.:)

I agree with you it's a good thing to leave our stress from work at the door before we come home. If we didn't it would just make our home a stressful environment as well. I'm happy that you are helping your parents I'm sure they appreciate it. Even though it can be stressful it's a wonderful thing you are doing. I enjoy helping people I know who are going through a lot to get little breaks. It's stressful working hard to have the money to do it, but it's a wonderful thing to see how happy they are when they are enjoying something I was able to help accomplish.

I would have to say that my life is both stressful and stressfree. I say this because there are some aspects of my life that I can breeze through without a worry, but other parts that are a constant challenge to deal with. Some days are full of stressful situations and it seems as if I cannot get it together at all, and other days, there are challenges with one aspect and others go smoothly. And there are those days that go smoothly and I feel calm and relaxed all day. (Those are the days I enjoy the most)

I agree i feel the same way at times. It is good for us to try and relax and enjoy those calm days. This way we are better able to manage the harder ones. The challenging times will continue to come we just have to make it through them.

That is a good idea. Planning the things that need to be done does relieve us of a lot of stress and anxiety. That way we know what's going on and what needs done.

it is very stressful. a lot of things is bothering me right now, most of them financial problems. i'm in dire need of financial help. i haven't paid my home mortgage that anytime soon it will be foreclosed. it's very depressing because i don't know where to get the money i needed. i have work but my earnings are not enough to cover all our expenses. what should i do, i have sleepless nights thinking on how to find solutions with my problems. i pray so hard. hope that i may one day survive these dilemma. and i also hope that someone might come to rescue me.

Yes you have faced really hard times. Even if your house has foreclosed i hope that you were able to find another nice place to live. To be able to reorganize your living expenses and not have to be so stressed. I agree that a lot of the time we have financial problems and don't nowhere to find the money that we need.

A years ago I lived my life thinking that I was stressful everyday and I was following life and have nothing to do with it. Then one day I discover that I am wrong because of the book which I read it and learned that we control our life and we deserve to be happy and have an exciting life. I also learned that we are not following in life we are responding to it whatever we have we deserve it and we are meant to have a happy life. The life we have is started in our thought whatever you think is who you become. I am strongly believe in it so now I have a stress free life and enjoying my life everyday. There are also challenges in my life but I welcome them for those trials and challenges I will make myself grow. I also love my life and enjoy it.

Those are some excellent points you bring out. Often times it's how we respond to the things that happen in our life. Our responses can be positive or negative. We do deserve to be happy and so we should look at our life and try to find contentment and happiness.

if you want to creat a fantastic stress free lifestyle for yourself you have to prepare your mind by laying the belief groundwork which is what we've been doing so far then lay out a visualization and action plan. on this basis it ;s highly likely that what you seriously and emothionally wnat to achieve will happen. maybe not int he time frame you want but it usually happens eventually.

Thanks that's really a good suggestion. I agree it's important that we think deeply about the things we want out of our life. And then we have to work hard and strive to achieve them.

We go through all kinds of ups and downs in the course of our lives. And, we just have to cope with them. I had gone through very hard times too, yes very stressful. But, today, fortunately, I can say I am in a fairly happy and rewarding time, most of the things going on in the right way !

I hope that things continue to go well for you. It makes life a lot easier when we have breaks in between the hard times. It helps us to be able to find joy in our life.

i would say mines a bit more stressful. i've been single nearly a yr now, and when things seem to just about go right something else happens to put me back. i know things will get better slowly, it just a time thing. money is a hugs issue, and it's really annoying when things do go wrong.
we just have to keep going and know it will get better.

I agree with you that money issues are really stressful. And often it seems as if bills are always coming even when we get ahead. I hope that things are improving for you. I can imagine how hard things are when a person becomes single and have to start over.

I would definitely describe my life right now as stressful. The reason for my being stressed is because of things I have in mind that have yet to be answered. I have so many things for myself but never did I do anything with it because of a lot of reasons. But now it stresses me out to figure things out and so definitely right now my life is stressful. But though I am, I make myself preoccupied with other things and leave it all to Him to get questions answered.

I agree that not knowing the answer to things is very stressful. I hope that you have been able to find the answers to some of things you want to know. It is good to keep busy with our things to keep our mind off of our problems.

i think experiencing stress once in a while is pretty normal. i also experience it at times especially on hard times. i have also experienced losing a family member and i can say that it is really stressful and it doesn't easily end in a few days or months. as a human being, we should understand that life is full of spices. and stress will always come with it, how long or how heavy the stress is will depend upon how you handle it. be strong, and learn from your experiences. it will help you make a better person, more capable of handling stress.

When we lose a loved one I agree that it takes a lot of time to successfully cope and deal with it. We really can learn from the things we experience and they can make us stronger. Like you said it depends on how we handle it.

Life for me is a battle we have to fought everyday. No matter how hard it may be, there are still so many things to be thankful for, your family, children, friends, the sun, and all that surrounds you are worth thanking for. We just have to learn the art of appreciation and you'll be happy and contented every minute of your life.

I agree when times are tough it's good to reflect on the things that we have. It's amazing the support system that surrounds us when we need it. It's also a good thing to find and be content.

I feel stressed out as well because I am finishing college but don't have any real interest in my degree. For me it is mostly about doing school work because if I don't pass it means I've just wasted so much money on school loans for the year.
I would much rather struggle to make money in a way that I enjoy, even if it's harder or less rewarding. I would hate living a sufficient life if it meant I was bored all the time.

I hope that you have been able to enjoy the work that you have found. And I can completely understand not wanting to waste all that time and money that you have invested. That would be aweful. I hope that you have figured something out that you like. I agree it wouldn't be fun working somewhere that you would be bored with. It's crazy how our attitudes and viewpoints change over time.

I hope that you have been able to find a job that you really like and enjoy. It's nice to be able to work at a place that we enjoy. I'm glad that your parents have been there for you and I hope that you have been able to show them your appreciation.
