Blogging clarification

Hello guys!.. I want to ask something. If in case, I started a new blog with lets say blogger, will it be indexed on search engines afterward?..

Usually it's your choice....some websites give you an option to have your blog indexed, some do it automatically, while some websites don't index your blog on search engines whatsoever.
