What Christmas gifts do you usually give to your boss and your colleagues?

Last Christmas, i spent it with my boss and colleagues, my boss is from Italy, he treats me very well, but i didn't know what should i give to him.At the beginning i try to give a gift like a car model or a plane model, but it's not funny. Finally i bought a pair of stockings for him, and on that day, he put it on and threw his own stink socks to us, haha, very funnny. What do you think about it? what Christmas gifts do you usually give to your boss and your colleagues?( i try to add a photo, but i can't , i don't know why ,i hope someone can give me some advice)
