I think the problem has been the batting powerplay. Most teams have played well in the mandatory power play. And even the bowling powerplay has usually been taken from 11-15 overs and most teams have played pretty sedately. But in the batting powerplay in order to go for broke, teams have lost too many wickets and have failed to utilize it properly. Yesterday, Australia actually used it pretty well, but it was too little too late.
Cheers!

i think after the manditory ball change wich will be done after the complition of 34 overs. 35-39 i think will be the correct time to take a powerplay because the ball will be new.the ball will nicely come on to the bat

In my view, it would be better to take the batting power play in the last 5 overs of the game.By seeing the conditions in the previous matches, team India looses many wickets in the batting power play.I f they lost wickets in the early stages of the game,it would be difficult for them to tick the scoreboard.By taking power play in the end even if they throw away their wickets,we can still hope for a fighting total.
