Ground beef, with no fat, bread crumbs, finely chopped onion, sauce (tomato, worchester, bar-b-que), finely chopped carrot and egg. Actually I try to vary it a bit, so sometimes I will add garlic or mixed herbs for a bit of variety. I am an experimental cook, so my meals can vary depending on my mood. LOL

Ground chuck (less fat), a package of Lipton onion soup mix, eggs, ketchup, worchestershire sauce, garlic powder and salt & pepper. It makes a great meatloaf.

I add lipton soup mix, bread crumbs, ketchup, spicy mustard, salt peper or natures seasonings and put bacon on top.
