Well, I am discussion on some other topic recently about smile and laughter. This topic came to my mind during that discussion. Is happiness is the easiest thing to achieve and at the same time is it also easiest thing, which we forget or just misplace it, in the hurry?
I have seen, special in kids, Why they are very successful to feel the happiness. may be they are very responsive and ever ready to accept each and every moment in life. They forget easily and forgive much easily. They don't take life too much serious as we grown up does.
So, let me know the times in your life when you felt very happy out of the simplest thing or thought or a situation.

Hi beachlover Abraham Lincoln said it Best:"man is about as happy
as he makes himself be" in other words we can make oursevlves'
happy by making our minds up to be happy no matter what or instead we can just very easily make ourselves miserable by always looking at what we lack. If we decide to smile and make ourselves happy we will soon feel happy and being happy we will feel upbeat and optimistic all day; things will not make us happy as we have to make our selves smile and laugh.Happiness is a state of mind so I try to be happy each day.

Well said Hatley or I should say Abraham Lincoln. Its all are in hand. If we want to be happy or unhappy. If a person who failed many times in life, can say such inspiring thing, then we should not crib for not getting chances of being happy. Right?

Happiness is a choice, we do have to choose to be happy! There are people out there that have everything, yet they lack Happiness. Then you have people whom have nothing, yet they stay happy. The people in the middle worry me the most. They have things, but not everything. Their happiness comes and goes and they don't know why or what to do about it. Seems as though they try to be happy, but think negative thoughts, which starts to bring them down. Why think negative thoughts? The problems are there and if they are not thought about, they can not be corrected. Life is hard, but without happiness it's even harder! When problems arise take a deep breath, smile, and say I got this! Work on things with a smile and don't let them get you down. Everythings easier, and done better with a smile on your face! =~D

happiness might be the purpose of life.whatever country or society people live in .they all have deep desire: to become happy.it's not a life without problems but rather the strength to overcome the problems that come our way. happyiness is therefore to be energy of your own life as you struggle to over come one obstacle after another. true happiness is to be found within,in the state of our hearts.happiness and unhappiness are opposite sides of judgement about your situation. if you judge your situation as bad for you, that's unhappiness.if you judge a situation as good for you that's happiness.

Judgement for happiness. Thats right but its happiness. Such a simple feeling and its good for us. Why should be judging it? I can understand that sometime its difficult to be happy when things are going wrong. But just accept the situation as night comes after the day. So, worries, stress, downtimes and unfavorable situations are just a part of life but we should make this part under 20% and keep life 80% happy.

Happiness is state of mind. it is one that we are at peace with in our lives or we search our entire lives looking to achieve it. When we want happiness it can be the hardest thing to find. when we don't care about happiness it is usually on the horizon.

The source of happiness is within a man. A person needs just three things to be truly happy in this world. Someone to love, something to do and something to hope for. Actually, the happiness you give make you more happy than the happiness you receive. The only way to multiply happiness is to divide it. The place to be happy i here, the time to be happy is now, the way to be is happy is to help others.

Because as we grow up we have challenges in our life and that makes us think that we are limited and become serious in our life but we deserve happiness even we are adults. It is all about how we think in our subconscious mind. we can be happy everyday by seeing life positively. Most people saw negative events rather than the positive events. By saying thank you everyday to God can give positive feeling to ourself. Example of this is are you thankful for the electricity that you used everyday or are you thinking only the importance of electricity when there is a black out. A simple thing of gratitude can help you became happy :)

Happiness is based on happenings around. This is the reason why it is easy to achieve and yet easy to misplace. When we see good things happening we are happy but after that, the happiness will cease and we will look for another happy things to come. As for me my happiness is my family and everything good that comes my way no matter how small it may be. It could be just seeing my plants flowering or my trees around bearing fruits, or my doves laying eggs and many little good things.
But happiness can't be as lasting as one wants it to be. While it is not bad to look for happiness it is better to look for joy first and foremost. Why because joy is something more stable. It can stay even the midst of unhappy things around. It is because Joy comes from knowing Jesus. It is in the heart of every one who knows that no matter what happens there is God who will never leave nor forsake him.

I think we tend to take our happiness for granted. I have felt happy when my granddaughter comes to visit. Married now and with a baby she has changed alot and it so nice to be around her now days. Having my grandson playing on my computer and watching him from a distance. Such as that. Or hearing my daughter being silly downstairs.

I feel like I have been responding to a lot of discussions about happiness this week. It seems people are all happy and jolly and want to talk about their happiness hence posting discussion about happiness.
Oh yes, you can make is it easy or you can make it hard, happiness is what you believe, what you make of it and how you see about it. Other people, environment and religion mostly do not have anything to do with it.
