What game did you play when you were a child?

Back then I used to hangout outdoors more because I go biking and play street games. I usually play the typical street games that are known here in the country. Gone are the days where a lot of children are outdoors to play the simple yet fun games that we had before. Nowadays, kids are outside but will most likely bring gadgets or they would rather stay indoors to play computer games of some sort.

I remember playing tag a lot when I was a youngster. In hindsight, I really hated tag. Actually, when you think about it, I didn't really hate tag, I just hated when people made up rules on the spot when I was playing. The cold zone for instance when you could not tag anyone. So stupid. Listen, if you keep making these rule changes, I'll tag you and it won't just be a tap either, I'll really tag you if you catch my drift. Simon says was another popular one on the playground. Also really a lot of sports being played at recess. Football games and basketball games and that sort of thing. The sort of things that you can now play on the computer. I have no idea what children are doing these days, but as far as I can gather, things have changed a lot since I was a youth.

Actually,this internet games made a big changes in every childs life. Before,kids are playing with so much energy ,running here and there,catching each other. But nowadays,kids are too lazy to get up from chair once they started playing on libe games or with PS3. The only games that we played so far is "scrabble" ,domino,stick touch and other indoor games not to mention other board games like chess,millionaires game,play with the generals...no more outdoor games that give kids energy and gives them more healthy body as well,rather than sitting the whole day in front of computers having radiation and also making their eyes weak.

I played a lot of hopsotch and jacks as a child. these were games you could play anywhere. I never seemed to ge bored with them. some games just ssemed to lose their appeal over time. yet some childhood games remain ageless.
