A lot of people suffer from stress from school and work. Stress sometimes cause people to do almost everything fast. From driving so fast to gulping down of food at meals. That is what we call fast eating which then leads to stomach problems and poor digestion of food. There are many methods in relieving stress, and for me it is through meditation. But some people say they don't have enough time to meditate because of their busy schedule. But some still try to look for their own convenient way to relieve their stress. How about you? How do you handle stress?

I believe everything you have written, I think meditation sounds good but something I just can't seem to do, my brain seems to be way too active and I just can't seem to switch off, but I do believe it would be a benefit for anyone who can do it.

Meditation is one way that has helped me deal with stress. I haven't really used this technique in a while, although I really should simply use it again. Breathing exercises is another technique that does help me a lot as well. These are just some things that do help me out. I think that they can be beneficial to a lot of people. They are very effective.
